The following poilicies are agreed to upon confirming an order on and apply to all items sold on our website.


In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to offer you a refund on returns due to sizing, fit, change of mind/cancellation.


For sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges on any bottoms or one pieces. We can exchange tops if you have ordered the incorrect size.

Due to the nature of how our orders are processed, we do not offer exchanges for change of mind nor can we change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances unless the item is deemed faulty, and an exact replacement is not available.

We have provided a sizing guide for our pieces to help you pick the size that is best suited for you. Its is your responsibility to refer to this prior to ordering .

**Omaira Swim will not be held responsible for any Parcels that are not delivered, delayed or deemed 'Lost in transit'. Once a parcel has been scanned in by the selected courier company we are unable to provide reimbursement or replacement and any claims are to be taken up with the courier company. **


How to Exchange/Return

Please send an email to prior to sending an item back for return/exchange. We will direct you how to return your item/s.
If we do not have the fabric you originally ordered, you will have the option of picking another fabric or a store credit for the price of the item.
All postage costs associated with an exchange/return must be covered by the customer.

Please note - All items sent back for Return/Exchange must be in an unworn condition with proof of purchase provided.

Omaira Swim reserve the right to deny any exchange or return if it does not meet our Criteria.
